Overview
Bangladesh Medical Research Council entrusted AD65 to organize an event on their golden jubilee. The function was held in the main BMRC auditorium, where all pioneer and leading personalities in this field has attended. AD65 was responsible to organize the event, including decoration, communication and arrangement of the total event. The event has two parts, where in the discussion part, the honorable prime minister has joined virtually. After the main event, there was a cultural ceremony, performed and entertained songs and fun activities by inter-organizational creative peoples.
Challenge
The main challenge was to organize such a festive event in a medical-lab circumstances, where medical equipments were everywhere. So we had to make sure that, whatever the events and activities and participants were there, had to maintain hygiene. So, we had to take every types of health measure and cautions to gather 300 physicians and 250 researchers. Besides, time was another challenge.
Result
We successfully arranged the program as it desired by the authority. The indoor and outdoor decoration was beautiful, created a real festive look. The prime minister became so content seeing the decorations. The program had been successfully conducted and ended up with a beautiful cultural program.
